Coding to Career: Python Developer Course (PCEP → PCAP) — In-Person, San Antonio

Go from beginner to portfolio-ready Python developer in an in-person, one-night-a-week cohort. Meeting Mondays 6–10 PM, you’ll master Python 3 fundamentals, problem solving, data structures, files & APIs, OOP, testing, and automation—while building real projects you can showcase on GitHub. The curriculum aligns to the PCEP and PCAP certification objectives, with guided practice, review sessions, and exam-day prep.

All required books, templates, and assignments live in the LJGSOE portal, and your private class group keeps you encouraged and accountable between sessions. Bring a laptop; we’ll provide everything else you need in class. Graduate with a polished portfolio, a clear certification plan, and the confidence to interview for junior developer roles—or to automate and uplevel the job you already have.

AI Business Accelerator Course — In-Person, San Antonio

Turn ideas into income—one night a week. Meeting Tuesdays 6–10 PM, this in-person cohort shows you how to start or scale a business using AI. Validate your idea, design offers customers want, and build systems for content, marketing, funnels, and operations using practical AI workflows and no-code tools. You’ll create a launch plan with weekly sprints, templates, and SOPs you can use immediately.

All required books, guides, prompt packs, and templates live in the LJGSOE portal, and your private class group keeps you accountable between sessions. Bring a laptop; we’ll provide everything else in class. Optional alignment to the Entrepreneurship & Small Business (ESB) exam.

Forever Food Truck Ownership Course — In-Person, San Antonio

Go from idea to opening day with a clear, local-ready plan. Meeting Saturdays 9–11:30 AM, this in-person course covers permits and licensing, commissary agreements, inspection & fire-safety prep, menu costing, sourcing & equipment basics, POS selection, routing & events, and day-one operations. You’ll graduate with a compliant, bankable Food Truck Launch Plan and checklists you can use immediately.

All required books, calculators, and checklists live in the LJGSOE portal, with a private class group for Q&A and support. Bring a laptop to begin. Includes ServSafe Manager prep; exam taken separately with a third-party provider.

Audio Video Engineering Course — In-Person, San Antonio

Create professional audio and video from capture to final master. Meeting Saturdays 12–3 PM, this in-person course covers signal flow, mic technique, recording, editing, mixing, and story, lighting, camera settings, audio for video, editing, color, and delivery. Build a polished demo reel/portfolio for clients, gigs, or content channels.
